Leadership Formation System
A Leadership Formation System that includes over 20 programs from basic pastoral formation to a training of trainers. Each year, in addition to the National Summer Program, Fe y Vida offers local formation programs in more than 20 dioceses and presents numerous workshops and conferences nationwide.
Programs and publications for Hispanic parents to help them raise their adolescent children were launched in 2016.
Through its alumni, programs, and publications, Fe y Vida contributes with the Church’s ministry to young Latinos in nearly every diocese in the United States. Over 35,000 people have participated in its formation programs, and close to 6,000 have been trained as pastoral leaders during the first two decades.
