Most secure pilot path to United Airlines: Â鶹´«Ã½ partners with United Â鶹´«Ã½

We proudly announce that Â鶹´«Ã½, United’s pilot career development program, and Â鶹´«Ã½ are partnering to offer former and current students and Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) a secure path to United Airlines. We’re looking for outstanding leaders like you who want to join the very best team of pilots in the aviation industry.

Â鶹´«Ã½ program; the 40,000-foot view

Â鶹´«Ã½ is United’s industry-leading pilot career development program offering aspiring and established pilots the most direct path to United Airlines. As an Â鶹´«Ã½ university partner, current and former Lewis students and instructors who apply and are successful in the Â鶹´«Ã½ selection process will receive a conditional job offer from United.

Your path to the United flight deck

Your journey starts as a Lewis student or CFI and continues with Â鶹´«Ã½ as you gain experience and build hours toward your R-ATP. Then, you will have the opportunity to fly for a United Express partner or Part 135 partner, before ultimately transitioning to United. Throughout the Â鶹´«Ã½ program, participants will have opportunities to connect with United team members, receive coaching from a United pilot and access to travel privileges.

Here are some initial tips about the Â鶹´«Ã½ application and interview process, so you’re prepared for what’s next:

  • First, submit an
  • Your interview will be held in person at our Flight Training Center in Denver, Colorado. It will include behavioral-based questions and a pilot led technical portion tailored to your highest rating held
  • As with any interview, we recommend making a good first impression with professional attire and presentation.
